PBM Polytex Ltd (PPL) is a yarn manufacturing and processing company that is part of the Patodia family. The company was incorporated in 1919 as Petlad Bulakhidas Mills Co Ltd, and its first unit was established in Petlad Dist., Anand, Gujarat in 1922. In 1978, the Patodias took over the company. PBM Polytex Ltd manufactures 100% cotton yarn, which is sold domestically and in the export market. The company’s yarns are used in applications such as knitting, weaving, gassing, and mercerizing.
PBM Polytex Ltd has manufacturing units located in Anand, Gujarat, and Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. The company also operates four windmills, three in Jamnagar, Gujarat, and one in Kutch, Gujarat.
