Delta Corp Limited is an Indian company that specializes in gaming and hospitality. It was established in 1985 as Creole Holdings Company Private Limited, and changed its name to Creole Holdings Company Ltd in 1992, and then became a private limited company in 2003. Delta Corp is India’s only listed company in the casino industry, which includes live, electronic, and online gaming.
Delta Corp’s primary assets include offshore casinos and hospitality services. It operates casinos in Goa and Sikkim, and an international casino in Nepal, with approximately 2,000 gaming positions. Delta Corp also operates the online poker site Adda52.com, and other online gaming sites including Adda52Rummy.com and Adda.games.
Delta Corp’s hospitality segment operates The Deltin, a five-star hotel in Daman with 176 rooms, three restaurants, and two bars, and Deltin Suites, an all-suite hotel in Goa with 106 rooms, a restaurant, bar, gym, and spa facilities.
Delta Corp has secured a leadership position in the industry with its early mover advantage. It holds three of the six offshore gaming licenses issued in Goa, three land-based casinos, and one 5-star hotel in Goa.
