TGB Banquets & Hotels Ltd (TGB) is an Indian company that operates hotels, restaurants, and banquets, and also provides catering services. The company is known for its food and hospitality, and also operates outdoor catering. TGB’s business model is divided into three parts: outdoor catering, managing hospitality properties, and self-owned banquet hotels. The company operates across India and abroad, and also manages clubs and institutions, such as Karnavati club, Rajpath club, and Patang. TGB owns and manages a four-star category hotel in Ahmedabad, and also has a chain of hotels known as The Grand Bhagwati, also known as TGB in India.
TGB was incorporated in Ahmedabad on November 1, 1999 as a private limited company under the name Bhagwati Banquets Pvt Ltd. The company’s visionary entrepreneur, Narendra Somani, founded the Bhagwati Group in 1989.
TGB derives revenue from rooms, food and beverages, and allied services relating to hotel operations. The Grand Bhagwati is known for its excellent food, distinguished hospitality, magnificent banquet space, and outdoor catering segment across India.
